These covers represent the 12 months of the year 1959 when Hawaii gained statehood. These faux comic book covers first appeared at Brad’s one man show at “La Lux de Jesus Gallery” in LA. Later, covers No 1 & No 2 saw actual print in a special edition of french periodical “Kustom Magazine” Hawaiian issue. They were a 16 page pull-out poly bagged along with the magazine, which issue had the magazine’s fastest sell out in it’s history.
